My wife was involved in an accident with a tractor trailer and sustained injuries. We were represented and guided by Tony from start to finish. He went above and beyond in every step of the way and was no more than a phone call away. He helped bring closure to this incident and gave us the peace of mind of knowing how hard he was working for us. Tony was always professional, yet very approachable. We can't thank him enough for his work effort in getting the situation resolved quickly.

My grandfather was involved in a eighteen wheeler accident 3 years back. While being there with him in the hospital and watching him fight for his life gave me tears to my eyes. A month before his accident my mother was also involved in another accident which totaled her car. She was in search of a lawyer that can give her justice, and this is when she found Tony Kalka. I then grabbed the phone and gave a quick call to Tony. He told me not to worry, and in the next 2 days the case was under way. In the accident my grandfather was injured very badly, and the doctor recommended him to stay home unemployed. The bill for the hospital was over 300,000 dollars. Through Tony Kalka's hard work and dedication not only did he get the 300,000, but a lot more. He made our family feel good every time he stepped into our house. Tony Kalka is the reason for my grandfather's happiness in the second part of his life.

On October 5th 2010 my Husband and I survived a near death experience. Driving on spaghetti junction we were hit by an 18 wheeler car carrier 3 times. He first clipped us on the rear left fender, then he T-Boned us for over a mile and then rammed us into the break wall on the bridge as he sped past us. After spending the night in the emergency room my husband had the foresight to try and immediately locate a lawyer. We were met with much apathy after several tries for two reasons. One, we had no health insurance; and two, no broken bones which was somewhat of a miracle in itself. Still dealing with the trauma of almost being killed now we had to deal with these feelings of being dehumanized and thrown away like useless trash just because the recession took our health insurance and because no one can see irreversible soft tissue trauma and indescribable psychological damage. My husband has not been able to achieve a deep R.E.M. sleep since the accident because his body won't let him. When I'm driving I still think every truck on the road is going to hit me and kill me...then my husband found Tony Kalka and he agreed to meet with us the next day on a Saturday because he didn't want any more time to go by. Well I cried through half the interview for two reasons. Everything was so fresh in my mind it was still painful to talk about, but also because as Tony listened to us...finally, finally it was like someone was saying "I hear you, I see your pain even though no one else does and I'm going to do something about" That someone was Tony Kalka and his flawless assistant Eve. Victims of this type of accident are usually looking for closure. The first offer that Tony came to us with from the other side was fair, but I just didn't feel the closure I felt we deserved more than ‘just fair' he sensed we weren't happy and he said "OK I'll go back and get more." When Tony came back with the second offer we felt validated. We felt like somebody knew our lives were valuable and we were not mere collateral damage. Tony, even though we will forever have these maladies we will also forever have the closure and comfort you brought us. Please thank your wife and your children for the sacrifices they sometimes give while you make the world a better place to live.

My husband was involved in a terrible car accident while driving his company truck. He was hit head on by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel and ultimately lost his life. My husband was out of work for two months while recovering from his injuries and going to rehab three times a week. Not only was this a traumatic event in our lives but also financially difficult. My husband is the sole provider as I stay home to care for our two autistic children. I was referred to Tony Kalka by a friend to represent us with my husband’s injury claim. It was the best thing that could have happened to us. Mr. Kalka contacted me right away in regards to my claim. He listened to my concerns and was very compassionate. I felt I had his full attention. Mr. Kalka advised me not to worry he would have my case closed in two months. After speaking with him I felt confident he would do just that. Of course I would call from time to time to check on the status. Eve, Mr. Kalka’s paralegal was always pleasant no matter how many times I called her. Mr. Kalka came through on his promise and settled my husband’s claim in two months. My husband received a wonderful blessing and was able to use this settlement to be reunited with his son that was given up for adoption. Our family was able to enjoy a wonderful family reunion in Florida with our settlement. Thank you Mr. Kalka, It was a pleasure to have met you.
